Order Processing Time
  Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day of receipt (if acceptable payment is received).
Order Status
  You can login anytime and track the progress of your order. Additionally, we email you a shipping notification within one business day when your order is processed and is ready to ship (will ship that day or the next day if the shipper has already made the last picked up of the day).
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

Tracking is only available for the following services: UPS, FedEx, USPS Express Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail International.

Delivery Confirmation is available for USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Parcel Post. NOTE - Delivery Confirmation is not the same as tracking. For Delivery Confirmation, the USPS is only required to scan your parcel upon delivery, thus there may not be any information until delivery of your package.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
There is NO tracking for the economy 1st Class Mail International service. We provide the Customs Form Number for any parcels shipped via 1st Class Mail International. If tracking information is desired or required, you need to select either Priority Mail International or Express Mail International service.
